Great app, has helped me achieve personal goals without it feeling like a huge effort

Genuinely helpful if you really want to break the habit. It won’t magically solve you problems on its own but it help me stay mindful more than a screen time limit because it makes me think before I open an app rather than just tell me when time is up when I’m already in the addictive cycle, because then I just ignore it.

I am a doom scroller. I had to do something to stop that pattern. Be Present is really easy to use. I can choose the icons I need to block, and yet let others that don’t cause me problems remain unblocked. I am in charge of how long the blockages are and if needed can pause the block for 5 minutes. I feel like I have gained some control! Try it.
