I knew I needed to take a break from Instagram. This has been a wonderful experience so far. Loving this app. I like that I can set a limit on how many times in a day I want to open it and I can use Instagram for a quick period of time to where I am not getting into the mindless time suck of scrolling.

After only using the app for a week i’ve noticed a huge difference in my relationship with my phone. instead of mindless scrolling i now use my phone as a tool to help throughout my daily life. It is helping create discipline and cater towards my actual needs. there is a feature where you can essentially lock all of your apps for 30min and i love using this while studying or even cleaning.

This app is a blessing and game changer. Sometimes all we need is a reminder to stay focused and boundaries set. My favorite thing is that when I need to set a break it gives me that option but set limits on the break. I’ve come to realize that I spend too much time scrolling. I’ve been more productive at work and it’s due to this app. Highly recommend

BePresent, lets you BE PRESENT! Since I’ve downloaded it I can say I’ve gotten a lot more done, I put my favorite apps on block and if I think about opening or wanting to, the Bepresent block keeps me from even wanting to open the app, I was very pleased with myself to see my apps telling me I have been off them for 18+ hours. I have a streak going and I’m keeping it strong! Thank you to these amazing brothers for making the present moment possible in a screen filled society!

With Be Present, when I habitually try and log onto SM I can’t. When I want to check my text messages I can only do that 5 times a day. Breaking my checking habit so I can maintain control over my time and headspace.

I like that you can set blocks on apps so you know if your intentionally opening them, or just habitually.
