This app is helping me break my addiction to wasting time on my phone. It blocks apps of my choosing that use up my time and leaves apps open (phone, text) of my choosing that I need. It gives me the choice to take a short break when necessary. Best $30 I’ve ever spent. Easy to set up and use. I highly recommend Be Present.
