Excellent app for shutting off your phone apps and becoming present more often. It’s crazy to think about how much I stare at my phone even when the social media apps are disabled

I’ve been testing out Be Present to see how well it can reduce my screen time. I’ve been surprised how well it’s working for me. It has several layers of blocking access (over which I have control) and it puts up enough reminder and hinderance to apps I over use that I stop using them and I am more present. It’s boosting my awareness of how frequently I want to open stupid alls like FB. I plan to have my daughter try it as well

To be honest I didn’t think this would help but it has made a big difference!
