Two days in and screen time way down
Two days in and this is already helping me be more mindful and stay off my phone. My screen time is down drastically - I can see how they use the same tactics social media uses to keep us on the phone but helps us get off the phone!

BePresent has really helped me break…
BePresent has really helped me break the cycle of doom scrolling but most importantly feel more connected to my partner and have so much time back in my life to do other things.
