Just started using be present and I am loving it! It has helped me be intentional and think twice before jumping on my phone for no reason.

I downloaded BePresent to help me stop scrolling, Facebook, and Instagram unnecessarily. It has been a life changer! Highly recommend!

Really does reduce wasted life minutes even hours , just doom scrolling . I have to admit without this app I simply would not have reduced my screen time due to the addictive nature of our phones etc . I had to admit to myself I had no discipline over reducing my phone time and it was leaving me numb . So thanks be present .

I signed up for a free trial of the Be Present app, but decided it wasn't for me and deleted my account before the trial period ended. Unfortunately, I was still hit with a $66.14 charge for an annual subscription. It turns out that if you sign up via their website, the subscription is processed externally through Stripe/Link rather than the Apple App Store. Deleting the app or even deleting your account within the app does not automatically stop the billing funnel. If you are trialing this app, make sure you manually track down your billing confirmation email or log into their website to cancel, otherwise you will be charged even if you wipe your account. I have reached out to support for a refund and am waiting to see if they make it right.
