Misleading stock number
I ordered my product when it was still in stock and now it is saying I preordered it. Not very good reliability box.

I lost the link to the chain I ordered…
I lost the link to the chain I ordered - there is no way to purchase a replacement on your site. I sent a service request that went unanswered, so I had to buy a whole new chain.
