Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Grips feel great in the hands. Easy assembly. Defiantly don’t over tighten. First ride no issues. Will update after a month of use. So far great.

Good quality components.
Good quality components. Good Shipping and packaging of products. The only thing is the product I ordered did not come with any manuals either safety, maintenance or installation. I know there are online guides but a paper manual would be nice. Other than that I am happy with their products. I definitely recommend this company.

I paid twice as much for shipping and…
I paid twice as much for shipping and it will take twice as long as an order I received from chain reaction cycles in the uk. I have yet to receive my parts so I cannot give you an opinion about the quality of the parts.
