Finally
Finally, received order very fast. But at first try my order has been cancelled and was shown on my credit card. Sent 2 messages to you without any answer. Finally after a few day transaction disappeared from credit card, so I tried again, and this time it was 100% perfect.

Easy and Clean
Website was very simple and made ordering my product easy, package (handlebar grips) came quick and unboxing was easy, packaged very intuitively. Would definitely recommend to others looking for bike parts.

Very satisfied with my 11spd groupset
Very satisfied with my 11spd groupset. The only negative I can find is the trigger is pretty stiff.

Thank you for your positive feedback. If you purchased the Box One set, our rear derailleur has tri-pack clutch built in which allows you to adjust the chain tension.
