I love your components,bad shipping
I love your components,your page says 99ship ,makes everyone think free shipping ,I even tried the shipping code,I spent 287.00 and was charged 10.00 for standard shipping,so its only my view your shipping sucks,but your products are awesome,thank you

No major complaints
Purchased a Box Three brakeset in chrome/silver. Easy online purchase. Quality components with beautiful finish. Installed without any issues using a Shimano standard cableset. Looks great on the bike. Took a full 7 days to arrive from the manufacturer, with shipping charges. I have ordered other parts with free shipping that arrived in 2-3 days, but I understand it is important to support smaller businesses directly. No complaints, just FYI. Shipping is USPS and takes about a week to Michigan.
