Awesome customer service and fast…
Awesome customer service and fast shipping. Tammy replied to my email that same day. I only buy my Box Components directly from Box. Thanks to everyone at Box for always going the extra mile.

Great customer support
Great customer support. I’m local and they allowed me to come by and pick up my parts. 👍👍 They understand the BMX business quite well and are friendly and accommodating. Good peeps

Out of stock on items as soon as sale starts
Advertising items, nothing good is in stock. Will not be back in stock until sale is over.

Wrong part ordered
I discovered the part I had ordered was the wrong size. Everyone helped me resolve the issue and the part was exchanged free of charge within a couple days. Thanks for being such a great company!
