I contacted BOX directly, and ordered my new BOX2 drivetrain over the phone. It was delivered a day ahead of schedule. Packaging was great, Install was easy went right on my mavic wheel/hub. Now about the ride.. I have only had a chance to put in about 20 miles of seat time. In those 20 miles, I have noticed : - snappy fast shifting - the range is incredible (11-50) cassette/ 34t crank and it climbs like a goat.. I’m able to clean climbs now that before were difficult to make it to the top with out a bit of hike a bike.. also was less winded.. - I love the Allen head limit screws and other adjustment screws on the derailleur, as opposed to the competitions philips or flat.. -looks great, feels great. NO COMPLAINTS SO FAR.👍🏼

FEDEX HAVE TOTALLY SCREWED THE POOCH ON THIS SHIPMENT. YOUR SERVICE IS GOOD. FEDEX IS HYPER EXPENSIVE AND SUCK AT DELIVERY! FEDEX BLOCKED INITIAL DELIVERY BASED ON NEEDING AN ID NUMBER (WHICH IS TOTAL BS AS THIS CAN BE PROVIDED AT POINT OF DELIVERY) AND NOW (HAVING PROVIDED THE REQUESTED INFO BY BOTH PHONE AND BY WEBFORM) THEY ARE YET TO FIX OR AMEND MEANING THAT THE EARLIEST THAT THIS STUFF WILL ARRIVE IS NEXT WEEK. GUARANTEED THAT FEDEX WILL DEMAND THEIR ULTRA HIGH FEE REGARDLESS.
Response from BOXComponents· Feb 1, 2019
We apologize that you did not have a good experience with FedEX. Box Components does not have control of these fees or processes. If there is anything we can help you with on your order, please let us know. Thank you.

Always a great experience buying from BOX. Customer service is second to none. I ordered an item that was out of stock, they told me they'd email me when it came in and sure enough they did. Great people there!
