This was my fist time using CallonDoc and it was a great experience as I didn’t know what to expect. I have medical Insurance but it’s a pain sometimes trying to get appointments in a reasonable time. I had an eye infection and needed to get treated right away so I searched on line and found CallonDoc. Sent a picture of my infected eye along with the symptoms I had and was provided an prescription in about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well.

I had an infection and honestly I rarely see doctors. This was super easy and I received several updates regarding the status of my request. I also received my antibiotics within the same day.

I sought an antibiotic but was prescribed only an antihistamine for a severe ear infection with drainage. My follow-up email with more pictures of my draining ear and important questions sent as instructed has not gotten a reply from the doctor in more than 24 hours.
