We had some problems getting our meds at the pharmacy. The clinic went above and beyond helping to get this resolved.

I was skeptical at first, but I am so pleased with this service. I had a bug bite that formed a ring around it, which is a tell-tale symptom of Lyme disease. I submitted photos and had an appropriate prescription sent to my pharmacy three hours later. At $40/visit, you can't beat that! My only suggestion is that I wish the doctor had left more detailed information. Did he agree that the bite looked like Lyme? Or was his prescription precautionary? Should I be taking probiotics to counteract the stomach issues the prescription can cause? What else should I look out for with a tick bite? These are things I wish I could have asked, or that the Dr. would have been conscientious enough to address via email.

I greatly appreciate the ease and privacy of this method when I need something simple. I haven't always gotten what I needed from my people who I'm suppose to be seen by. The other thing is they assume certain things about me based on my sexual orientation which makes treatment from them uncomfortable. I also get faster service this way, too.
