Awesome ,quick, convenient

Essentially, I got a prescription for my issue but I didn't get to have the conversation with a doctor. I thought I was going to get a dermatologist but it was a PA, which I didn't even find out who my provider was until I picked up my medication. It seemed rushed and I wanted my provider to fully understand the extent of my issue and have a conversation but instead they just threw medications at me with no further instructions. I would have liked some more feedback, "discharge instructions" if you will. Overall, I'm happy I was prescribed something but I would have liked a little more provider/patient interaction to know that I'm being cared for and understood and not just pushed out the door.

I don’t have insurance so I usually have to go to an urgent care where I’ll spend around $75 to $100 for a visit. This was only $39; signing up was easy, they had a prescription sent to the pharmacy within 1.5 hours. So easy!! And the first telehealth provider I’ve found that actually provides real mental health care instead of taking your money to tell you to see a physiatrist. I will be using again!
