I was in need of a housekeeper every 2 weeks. I found several on Care.com. I was able to hire someone within a few days. I was very happy with the process.

I was looking for a caregiver for my 87 year old father. I joined this site but did not find out this was a SUBSCRIPTION until after they charged my credit card. I was flooded with emails from people looking for work. After three months, without a reminder email to tell me that my card was being charged again, they hit me for another three months. I didn't know until I saw the charge on my credit card. They are unscrupulous. There is no telephone number on their website to contact for problems. I don't recommend this company as having fair business practices at all.

This app is such a big help acting as a helpful bridge where client and care givers connects. But definitely need some upgrades to this app.
