Below is my original review. They reviewed the color issue and decided to repaint with the correct color. Several problems. 1. We match colors. No. My house was desert sand. They matched to a new down spout and the result was a yellow house. Their answer: it is Sherwin Williams paint and it is an exact match. I have an ugly yellow house. I will need to get the front of the house painted again. 2. I pointed out where old paint was peeling. They did not scrap the old paint. They put caulk over it. After 2 weeks the old cracks are visible. 3. They dumped some of the clean up water on the grass in several location and into the storm drain. To be fair, only one area of the grass has died. They were fast and relatively inexpensive and is was a lot of work. In general the painting was ok. Get what you pay for.

CertaPro staff did a great job. Rodney & Efren were on time and very friendly and skilled painters. They did above and beyond our expectations and they are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

I was 100% satisfied with the work done on the railing of my deck. In his initial visit, Nikk Perez listened carefully, saw immediately what needed to be done and gave me a quote right in line with what I expected. They were on time, had all the tools and materials needed and produced a result that far surpassed what would rate a 'satisfactory.' I will use this service again with no reservation, and will recommend them to anyone.

Horrible... just horrible experience with this company. They didn't paint where the job (a copy which I had received) specifically told them to paint, so only half our house was painted, even though we paid for the job as specified. They were incredibly dirty and sloppy. It was a brand new house, and the stopped paint on my new tile and all over my towel bars, bathtub, and appliances. It's still there because I'm scared to clean my new stainless steel appliances with harsh chemicals to get it off. So, those gray-paint fingerprints are a forever reminder of how disrespectful they were to my home. Even tho the company promised their workers would wear booties, they painted in big black work boots that were spattered with paint from previous jobs and dirty from walking around outside. I contacted the company to complain and was told that I'd be penalized if I didn't pay the bill immediately.. so I paid it, but lesson learned... I will never, ever use CertaPro Painters again, nor will I ever recommend them... totally negative experience all the way around.

The level of detail and care that was taken on my project was excellent! 100% recommend!

I hired CertaPro painters of Morristown NJ for my outside house painting in June 2023. In the contract they were suppose to do the prep work, sanding and caulking before the paint job. They didn't do any of those things only the paint job, now the paint is peeling. I made a compaint to the owner Mr Richard Webber and he didn't even bother to look at the Unsatisfied work that his company did. Even though I was not happy with the work that CertaPro did, I paid the final payment the day they finished the job in June 2023. They lost that check (Final payment from June). The owner call me on OCT 23 2023 and told me to give another check since they lost the first one, I gave another check and confirmed with the owner in Oct. 2023. He send me a text saying that he received the check and cashed it in Oct. 2023. I thought everything was done but Richard Webber filed a case against me on Dec 20, 2023 stating that I did not make the final payment. I have proof from texts and bank statements that stated I paid the final amount TWICE and Richard even texted me and said he cashed the check. BE CAREFUL with CertaPro painters of MORRISTOWN NJ and the owner Mr Richard Webber. They did a very bad job in painting and they do a terrible job in handling the money. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

started work around noon both days. then attempted to paint exterior after dark. i asked them to stop and start again the next day.2nd day,started late.i couldnt view the work as it was dark.scheduled 3 times to return (3rd time)to review work. either didnt show or was very late.finally came out to review/finish.i was frustrated that almost 2 weeks had gone by and mistakes were finally getting handled.paid them,wanted it over and done. cleaning my gutters a few days ago,more paint on siding i couldnt see previous,didnt replace all of the screws on my downspouts.damaged vinyl siding.very tardy,sloppy work
