Having reviewed many inventory and warehouse management systems we chose CIN7 as it fitted most of our needs. It is simple to use and has some great features that we have not had before. It pulls in orders from our various marketplaces and allows us to map our complex SKUs, aliases and kits to the actual stock, but as with all systems does have room for improvement. Support can be quite slow to come back, however our onboarding specialist Atul has been extremely dedicated and either solved the issue himself or chased the engineering team on our behalf to get an answer.

CIN7 provides a great web-based platform that integrates with most other platforms/services. It has broad capabilities, being able to be used for web, store and wholesale channels. The web-based platform simplifies hardware requirements, which is helpful for a multi-location business.

We are overall very impressed with the capacity of Cin7, and able to back track and trace transactions well. The program works well to assist in creating management reports. Overall very pleased and a good program to use for POS and migration to accounting systems. A good program to drill down into inventory and managing several warehouses.

We have been using Cin7 since 2016. My original review in 2022, updated review in 2024 below. 2022: Overall we are happy with it's capabilities and platform. There is a lot of functionality to Cin7 that we don't use as it doesn't suit our business model. I like that it integrates relatively well with Xero, we do come across glitches from time to time though. It is very simple to work out how to use it, we self taught by just having a play around. Unlike other systems, Cin7 is quite forgiving if you make errors and need to reverse them which is handy. Updated review in 2024: Customer service is non existent. Like ridiculously bad. Used to be great. Now you can wait weeks for a response to a ticket just for them to say "that'll be $100 to fix this minor thing that would take me 1 minute." Pricing keeps increasing (significantly!) and customer service keeps getting worse. They apologise for the delay in response as they "work through the backlog". They've been saying the same thing consistently for 2-3 years. Things that are their fault they blame on you! Like a previous reviewer said, issues arise and they say "oh that's only affecting your account." I know other Cin7 users and when I ask them they are having the same issues. Cin7 are liars. They used to be great when they were NZ owned and great value. ($227 / month) Now over $900 / month and won't help you with anything. FIND SOMETHING ELSE.

Bijal provides great support for my billing queries. If only other areas of support at Cin7 were as proficient in coming back to me.

Recently onboarded with Cin7 from TradeGecko closing down and we are now live on the system after a setup period aided by Kshitij. We had a few issues to overcome along the way (as expected these projects), but he was always there to give helpful support and guide us towards going live within our timeframe. Very intuitive system that will help us grow our business to the next level. Thanks Kshitij for all your help!

Do not use them!!!! Cin7 cannot sync the data well, and sometimes you will lost you sales because they don't transmit the data from you online shop. Passively reply to the issue, even though we are paying the premium support.

Great system with lots of potential, but badly let down by terrible service, unintelligent staff and response times of weeks, not days, and certainly not hours. Very difficult to run a business that depends on the system, as there is absolutely no back-up support.
