Every platform has it's pros and cons, with us recently migrated from Tradegecko, there are still so much to learn about Cin 7. However we are pleased with the onboarding support we have received from Cin 7 so far, especially changing system can be a long and tedious process. Thankful to Cin 7's onboarding support, we have minimise the business disruption. Our onboarding consultant Atul from Cin 7 has been extremely pleasant to work with, professional, polite, patient and always goes that extra mile to help us with any big or small issues. We are hoping to grow with Cin 7 and learn more features to fully maximise the functionality within the platform. Lots to learn to still but we are optimistic it will be a great platform for our business moving forward.

Absolutely horrible support team. You can not get an answer from anyone on the team for at least 5-6 days. EVEN when dealing with business critical and time sensitive issues. Terrible experience so far. Every connection is separate. All of their integrations are also worthless because they are marketed as DIRECT but they are not direct integrations. You have to pay to get each one installed and it takes months for them to do so. This means every single 3PL or EDI integration will take months and a lot of money for them to build.

Our company has been using Cin7 for about 1.5 years and I have been a new user for about 5 months. Its a very intuitive and easy to pick up system and using, in particular the Insights pivot table function. No real complaints and we are currently working with Cin7 on an EDI integration project and their guidance and project management with Pankaj Kumar has been excellent so far.

An hour to download orders from Magento to Cin 7 and no reply on how to fix it as it's only 250 a day and we want to get to 10,000 a day, getting very frustrated a this proclaims to be the savior.

We migrated to Cin7 for inventory and order management due to the sunsetting of Stitch Labs following its acquisition by Square. Cin7 was recommended by Stitch Labs as a featured migration platform. We considered several solutions but ultimately selected Cin7 based on its overall functionality, cost-effectiveness, and ability to meet our compressed migration timeline of approximately one month. The sales and onboarding teams at Cin7 have been very friendly and responsive during this process. In particular, I would like to recognize our knowledgeable and patient implementation specialist, Varun, who has been immensely helpful in supporting our migration through a series of Zoom meetings and related communications. We were able to seamlessly go live within the desired time frame thanks to Varun and the Cin7 team.
