Great system
Great system, brilliant company. Was pleasantly surprised with how much functionality is available given how easy it is to use.

LCDTek are a fast expanding company and had outgrown Quickbooks. Following in depth research we decided on CIN 7 for all our stock management. Consultation period was efficient, but we had issues syncing data between CIN 7 and QB, which is still not resolved. CIN 7 are far more "in tune" with Xero. We are now up and running, alibeit 3 months late, but without the help and support of Atul Sharma from CIN 7 it would have been much later. He went out of his way to resolve software problems and guide us through the sometimes complex onboarding process. Overall, we are happy with the new software, but CIN 7 need to dedicate more resources to Quickbooks intergration so that it is on a par with Xero.

It's been an emotional roller coaster. I will try and keep our feedback brief and summarise our experience. Firstly we are a small business trying to get ourselves ready to take bigger steps in to growth by implementing systems that can simplify and reduce overheads moving forward. I chose CIN7 as it ticked many of the boxes we were looking for and the promises made on the initial consultation reassured us that the on-boarding process would be taken largely out of our hands. On-boarding is where the trouble started. Largely due to the incompatibility and complexity of our existing systems the amount of time and man hours requited to get the data ready on our side has been enormous. So much so that planned "go live" dates were pushed time and time again. I found working with the support team in different time zones further complicated things. Whist our on boarder Atul (more on him later) worked to our time, most of his support did not, so if there was a task he needed to outsource we would have to wait 24-48 hours for it to be resolved before we could continue moving forward. Due to the extraordinary amount of work that was required for us to carry out and issues with personal circumstances we had to take a brake from the on-boarding process. During this time, CIN7 deleted much of the work we had complied. This resulted in a complaint being raised and a consultation period to agree if and how we could move forward. Once the complaint reached the right hands, it was dealt with excellently. David (CFO) and I agreed a plan to move forward and work commenced to get us back on track. Additional resource was provided and progression was made. We are now finally processing our orders through CIN7, it is not 100% yet but it is certainly a great improvement over our previous systems and we are starting to see the value in it. The ongoing support since being passed away from Atul is slower than I had hoped, but the help documents and resources are pretty good and we have resolved most issues ourselves. With regards to Atul Sharma, I want it to be known he is just excellent. Without him, I would have given up on CIN7 and gone elsewhere. He always went above and beyond his job description and he has always provided excellent service! There are many reasons how our experience could have been better or easier. My advice to anyone thinking of joining CIN7 is: Dedicate someone in your office to handle the process and expect them to solely work on your transition. If you are migrating from another system expect to have to collate and manage your data yourself. This is something we were lead to believe would be handled more by CIN7 Keep track of the on-boarding process and ensure follow up meetings are booked in advance. We are yet to get the e-commerce side of things up and running (Magento 2 link) and I hope this will be resolved in the forthcoming weeks. Its been a tough 12 months but I feel positive for the future. Fingers crossed our experience will continue to improve.

I had a Zoom call with Jakub one of the Technician Support Specialists to go over some questions I had and he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. When he didn't have the answer to a question he spoke with colleagues to ensure I was being passed on the correct information which was very valuable. Feeling a lot more confident with our processes after this zoom call with Jakub, thank you!

If I could go back I would not go with Cin7. The set-up fee was 6k and the amount of work to set it up corners you in to stay with them. They do not answer phone calls, goes straight to mailbox which is full and emails get answered weeks later, a couple of years ago they were better with the CS but not is next to non-existent. Once had a major issue on a Saturday with our site and called premium support and was on the call waiting for 3 hours and just gave up, this was after them saying you are next in the queue. They don't work on weekends. The auto-complete orders they decided to change without warning, this did an auto stock adjustment on 500 of our orders when before it would only do for stock that it could allocate, the amount of work to fix this is mind-boggling, we call them to revert, sorry to bad you will need to manually fix. Anything you need done they will just say sorry we can't fix that because it's a universal code and every account would have to change. That's just crap, for the money you make you should give somewhat a tailored service to do tweaks here and there to each account to suit their business. We are a large 15 million a year ecom business, I suggest to any one medium or large size company to shop around before getting Cin7, we still have to do a lot of manual work.

The Software is pretty good, it certainly is not a perfect fit for wholesale but not horrible either. I would give it 4 stars but CS is non-existent and they do not deliver what they promise. The main issue is that they do not respond to emails, all calls go unanswered and the customer service mailbox is full. They promised the world when we signed up, well not the world but they did promise customized reports. I have been trying to reach them for over a month and they've completely ghosted. I even tried posting on twitter.. nothing.

The support received was thorough and the issue was resolved swiftly. Was very impressed, even after the issue was resolved, we were provided continuous support and in-depth insight in a way that was easy to digest.
