We have been with cin7 for 5 months now and so far we love it. The program is simple and easy. We like the simple organization of everything with-in the system. Very self explanatory. There's so many opportunities with cin7 to be able to keep track of information and manage inventory. When we joined we had no idea how much cin7 really had to offer. From the B2B site to the easy integrations with our website, we are definitely a satisfied customer. The only things that would improve our experience is we wish there was the ability to make items a different price within a size grid. For example our shirts we get in sizes X-Small to XX-Large and our XX-Large shirts cost more so the only option I have is to create another product for the XX-Large or just take note of it elsewhere for book keeping. Also it would be great to see an option that allows you to discount your products and it get pushed over to our integration which is shopify.

I have been rolling out implementation of Cin7 for my clients across different industry mainly in Retail & Distribution. The support team in Cin7 is extraordinary, they are extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects.

Offers features that help run a business Correspondence with out 3PL server and online websites. Customer service - we have a relationship with a specific customer service representative that has helped us with our business development. However, it is a complex software that take time to work out how to optimise features.

We have spent a long time working with Cin7 pre implementation and they have been very supportive of our requirements. The roll out of the POS to our retail stores was smooth and has been very well received by everyone. The retail side of their program is evolving and could do with more functional 'retail' specific modules, but in time I feel these will be available for us.

It also has the added plus of reducing our carbon footprint, which is important as an eco-friendly fashion label.

Good stock management system for retail businesses with a wide range of features. A few bugs to look for and some clunky integrations but overall, we will be very happy to continue to recommend Cin7 to our clients.
