In December and into the New Year we transitioned all our back-end systems over to Cin-7. Although we experienced the expected teething issues and frustrations when integrating onto a new system, we love what Cin-7 can offer us. In terms of stock management, reporting systems, user friendliness, etc. it gives us a broader, more precise system that has expanded our daily capabilities. As my colleague and I were not experienced with system changeover we loved the support we were initially offered to get the program live, but felt we needed more support to discuss the issues we were having once live.

We transitioned to CIN7 in December and are fully using this system now. We love the integration between detailed reporting and connection of our EDI/API's. Since we deal with Northern & Southern Hemisphere customers this has really helped keep efficiency within our business and allowing our small team to have time to focus on the things that matter not just administration. It is very easy to use and such an easy workflow. Although there were quite a few teething issues & regular bugs which is understandable, the process of on boarding could be further outlined in a little more detail- would be my only recommendation. We can't wait to see what other great integrations that will be added!

Cin 7 is a very powerful inventory management system, it never fails to provide timely and accurate inventory information for our company. The modules are user friendly and the reports are really good tools for data analytics. In addition, the customer service team is very supportive ,whenever I have any doubt about the system I would always submitted the tickets and got useful feedback very soon. Good product I highly recommend it.

Pros: Flexible, lots of features, many integration, some customisation available Cons: It is not a totally "idiot proof" system, so you need to know how to use they system and processes correctly to make sure you are recording data in the right way. Overall: Cin7 is a great and robust system. The new interface looks really clean and clear and it is extremely intuitive to use. While it is simple and clear on the "outside", the functionality "under the bonnet" is extensive and what makes Cin7 different from the rest is the customization that is available. No other app in the Xero marketplace offers tailored customisation as Cin7 does. It is a very powerful tool and the value / cost is impressive. Moreover, the product is always evolving and the team at Cin7 are always implementing user requests and implementing new changes very rapidly. I can strongly recommend it. Enrico

I have been using this product since may 2017. Works well for our company and a great value for the price. Helping us get a better handle on inventory.

We have been using Cin7 for some time but only on a very basic level. (making a sale and creating purchase orders) We are now at the stage that we need to expand our POS system and utilize all that Cin7 has to offer. As per any POS/IT system there will be and has been teething issues. The team at Cin7 (no mater who answers the call or email) are always willing to help or guide to the specialist that can. The continual development to this system and the fact that they take our concerns and suggestions seriously gives us confidence in the software and our ongoing relationship.
