Great customer service! Not their fault directly, one bottle arrived cracked and broken, with glass fallen in with the gummies. They responded right away and after I sent photos, agreed to send me a replacement bottle. Thank you! Fantastic company!

It took longer then expected. I have to take triple the dosage of what was recommended and I was hoping to get off my epilepsy medication. It seems like I won’t be able to. Hoping to get a refund if it’s possible because I won’t be ordering this again.

Hi Abel, thank you so much for your feedback. In the first part of your feedback, where you say that it took longer than expected, we apologize for the long wait if this is about the shipping. One important thing to note is that we have no control over shipping times or how a shipment is processed once it's in the hands of any shipping carrier. Before now, we were using USPS for over 3 years, and all of a sudden, a vast number of shipments starting taking weeks. Now we only ship with UPS. Even though it's more expensive for us, all our shipments are on time, and that's what's important to us. To the second part, where you mention the product wasn't effective at lower doses, well, this all depends on your body and why you use CBD, among other things. You can't have a serious condition and expect low doses to work. This may also be that your body naturally has a higher tolerance. I used 750 mg tincture the first month through out the day, along with the gummies. I ran out quickly. I felt like the tincture wasn't strong enough. I looked over the products again then bought the higher dosage. Most nights a 1/2 dropper the 1500 mg before bed helps me relax and sleep without waking up in excruciating pain.. I use a full dropper if my arthritis is extra painful. I think it is helping with my arthritis but... It is summer and I have only been taking for two months. So far so good. I took two 25 mg capsules during the day last week instead of taking ibuprofen and it seems to ease my pain. I will continue to take the tincture before bed and the capsules as needed. I am glad that I have found something that is thc free and I can stop taking so much OTC pain medication.
