I recently purchased a few products and am truly amazed by the effectiveness, quality, and amazing customer service. Taking CBD at night, specifically the oil or the gummies, has really helped with my nighttime anxiety and sleep issues. Great product and service but I wish you would send the tracking In an email so I know when my shipment is coming. Do that and it's a 5 for sure

You should be receiving the tracking number in the order confirmation email, so I'm not sure what's going on, but I will definitely let management look into this. I use the topical muscle rub. It cools the area, which I appreciate, but I still have a lot of pain and not much relief within the hour. I am still using it often to see if it changes over time.

Hi Mariam, thank you so much for your feedback, and I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't seen the results you wanted. I would highly recommend using it 1-2 times per day for at least 2 weeks because what CBD does is that it either increases or inhibits receptor activity to go back to healthy levels. As you continually take it, you're replenishing your receptors to work towards homeostasis. This doesn't mean that you can't see results within the first couple of days. The subscribe and save service is excellent. The product has a nice clean look and taste. I’m taking this for my knee, and if I don’t sleep in the wrong position, I believe it helps. The packaging, however, for one little ol’ bottle is a bit excessive. Big box, little bottle!
