Committed Coaches works when I am part of the equation. I have to also be committed for me to reach my goal. If you have this positive mindset and follow the instructions and advise of the professionals and even your peers who are also going through this amazing program, you got it made in the shade!!!

Complete rip off and trying to cancel is almost impossible. RUN, DO NOT WALK, away from this company. Have been trying for 2 months to sever my contract with this company. Never even had the initial call -

The Program Works Coach Nathan has been very helpful in answering all my questions about food and making suggestions for alternatives. There are so many resources, you really can't go wrong. I like that I can pick and choose what I want to eat as long as I follow the suggested amounts to eat. Nathan is very encouraging and lets me know how I am doing. Have already lost a few pounds. The program motivates me to become a healthier person. Would definitely recommend this program.

I love my coach, she's so helpful. I can touch bases with her anytime I need assistance. At first putting the meal plans together was tricky. She's really helpful with that. It's starting to get easier. The workouts and the meals has helped me to loose weight I haven't been on the program very long, but I have already lost 5 lbs believe me, THAT'S A BIG DEAL! I encourage you to try the program.

From the start of my journey, I have had unflagging support from my coach, Phil and from Mere, and Coach, Chad. They've all done their part to keep me paddling the canoe. To keep me from giving up on myself. To keep me hanging on to the raft. I still don't know if I can complete this journey. But they think I can. So like the song goes, " I'll pick myself up, and do my best to get back in the race". But just remember that on judgement day, it won't matter. because, all will return to dust.

(On Nov 18 or so I Wrote & didn’t post it correctly) I’m just getting started; Because of lots of Family Emergencies. I had started very late. I just got finished with Chad’s Week end meeting & Wow we had a great meeting (November Success Guide). Lots of Great Incites for me to start using to be successful this November. I love Chads Trainings; they are most helpful now going through my 3rd+ set of notes & videos. My Coach Kevin put me onto Chad, Thanks Coach; I was very lost @ first however My Loving Coach keeps me on target while I stumble though this Great Program. Now I am going through putting together meals & exercises & building and schedule to follow. I get off track often. Thank You very much Kevin for your daily emails & Support!!! They All have been right on Target.
