ConvertKitReviews of convertkit.com

I've been with ConvertKit for many years now for my newsletter and email automation. There is no other email service provider that comes close in terms of reliability! Their customer support is unmatched, their features are tried and tested before being released, and the user experience is so smooth!

This is a 5 star product through and through. I’ve used 21 different email marketing tools over my career and ConvertKit is the best. They have the easiest writing experience, advanced automation features, every tagging, segmenting, form, and tracking feature you could wish for. Plus their creator network program actually helps you build your email list with highly relevant leads.

As an email marketing consultant, I've tried many different platforms over the last ten years. ConvertKit is my one recommendation for anyone looking to build a business online and sell courses, coaching, or a membership. It's the most robust, yet simple to get started, platform out there. If you're beginning, you can build landing pages, get email subscribers, and release products all before the first bill comes. As an experienced online business, it gives you the most flexible visual automations to build customized flows to send sequences that make the most sense to customers. I've been using ConvertKit since 2019, and it's the only tool I log into daily. It makes the most significant impact in growing my business and my client's businesses.

I'm an email marketing expert (strategist, copywriter and tech/automation setup) and I recommend ConvertKit to nearly every client, because I've seen the inside of other 7+ email service platforms and know that ConvertKit is the most customizable, easy-to-use, fast-loading option out there. This tool helps bloggers and content creators send emails to connect with their list in ways that other ESPs make *incredibly* far too difficult. I started using ConvertKit as a money blogger in 2017, and I've chosen it as my marketing tool of choice for my creative small business. I know you'll love what it can do for you too!

I highly recommend ConvertKit for email marketing, newsletters, and email automation. The level of detail and functionality it offers is unmatched. I've been a customer since 2015 and have built a significant readership and made hundreds of thousands of dollars thanks to ConvertKit's features. The guides available make learning to use ConvertKit straightforward, making it a fantastic tool for both beginners and experienced professionals. It's far and away the best marketing platform for content creators!

ConvertKit transformed my business and 7x'd my email revenue in 1 year. From email segmentation, personalization, gorgeous templates, and insane automations - it makes growing a community easy and fun. I also love the overall support I get from their team - the customer success team is insanely kind and goes the distance to ensure you are taken care of. I'm not just some number - they genuinely value my business. Big fan of ConvertKit and recommend to all my friends who are looking to create a newsletter around their passion.

I recently signed up to a newsletter, only to realise I had signed up to 3 others without my consent! There is clearly a glitch in the system and it needs to be fixed. Extremely irresponsible handling of customer data.

I signed up for a quick look at what Convertkit offered because they promised a quick, easy ticketing solution. This was complete catfishing, firstly - you would have to do a ton of work to be able to do what they had expressly said was a core product. Then, they kept sending annoying messages. My normal unsubscribe through my email client didn't work - they kept sending them. Eventually, I had to go through a tedious logon process to change my preferences. I'm pretty sure this is not compliant with either GDPR or Canadian privacy law... and it suggests they are a bait-and-switch grindhouse. I don't know if there is anything they are good at, but I wouldn't even consider them, because I know they will keep spamming me to try sell something else.
