Keep in mind that after 12 months you will need to buy a new registration key, otherwise you will not be able to use the program. The company does not tell you about it. Be careful.

I have been very frustrated with this program. When I did the trial it appeared that it would do what I needed. I purchased the Pro version and had difficulty with it. You can't get a person on the phone when you call you have to leave a message or use email. I tried both, after several days and finally requesting a refund I did receive a call. I was able to figure out part of the problem, but it still doesn't do what I thought it would or what I actually need.

Diana, I am sorry you had problems registering our apps. Some machines with some antiviruses in very seldom cases might prevent users from adding info into the registry. Our support manager Nash did his best offering several ways to solve the problem. None of them worked, that's true. However, 18 emails in 1-week thread at least show that he never left you unattended. The full refund has been issued. I know it's not the perfect outcome, but in this case, we can't do more. I am sorry we can't refund the time you spent on this issue.
