Total Audio Converter is a great tool to convert audio data into different formats. It is easy to use, efficient and provides excellent audio quality.

When I have documents in my file-system and mails regarding those documents it is my wish to have documents and mails at the same place. The first step is to save a mail as a document, in my case the extension is eml. The next step is with TotalMailConverterPro: converting eml to docx. There are sufficient means to define the output and I am pleased by the appearance of the Word-document. In case of replies I can cut off older parts of the mail in the Word-document. Word can save the result as a pdf. Eventually the whole correspondence can be concatenated to one pdf. Many mails are essentially webpages received as mails. To archive those as a file TotalMailConverterPro can convert from eml to html. The resulting file shows the headers and the unchanged webpage. TotalMailConverterPro allows me to archive mails as readable documents. No mails remains in my email-client.

Had an issue with merging files. I contacted support and within 2 hours had a response and they were able to correct the problem with an update. rare to get such quick and efficient service. Wish all tech companies were this good.

Their email converters have made my life so much easier! As a paralegal, I constantly have email folders from client that we need to convert and review for use in litigation. This software has cut the time for converting to .pdf so that I can spend more time reviewing the content. Can't recommend their software enough

Wanted to save emails to a USB drive and did not want to deal with the Microsoft gobblygook, so I downloaded Coolutils mail reader and works great. I had a question and got an answer back the same day. The software and support is very good.

PDF merger - Table of contents- was not translated in the selected language. After contacting Coolutils they fixed the issue within few days and released new version of the tool with the right translation. Excellent service! And above all, a great tool.
