Danny Matt went above and beyond to help me properly set up my camera for my 91 year old mother. He directed me step by step and now I have camera movement features that I didn't have activated before. I truly appreciate his patience and knowledge.

Danny did a great job fixing my issue with camera returning to a down position instead of the position I wanted to monitor.
