For 27 years ive looked for a ornament of a nanday conure. Never found one. Until after my nanday conure Verdi Birdi passed away in May 2020. A person told me on Facebook about Cuddle Clones. I went to the website. I sent photos of Verdi. And about 5 to 6 weeks later we get our long awaited ornament of Verdi. Fantastic and so colourful. So like the real boy.

Super easy to order and upload my photos to my order. Arrived on time and I absolutely love the masks I ordered with my dogs’ faces on them!

I ordered two figurines to memorialize our family dog Chloe who passed at 14 years old. The likeness of the figurine was uncanny. Every detail was perfect. Be sure to include as many pictures and descriptions as possible.

I got a pair of slippers in the model of my cat from CuddleClones — they were fantastic, absolutely what I was hoping for, and a hit with the family. Slippers are warm and comfortable too. As strictly-functional-slippers go they're of course outrageously expensive, but as a decorative and functional object in the model of your cat/dog/horse, they're fantastic. I just ordered a second pair for a family member, as the ones for our cat were such a hit when we brought them out at family Christmas. It's not just an expensive gag gift; they're quite comfortable slippers and I expect to use them for years. They're also very cat shaped and cat-sized, and when I see them around the house at night, I often think it is my cat in weird locations...

This company charges a lot of money for their product but does not stand behind it. I received their product as a gift, contacted them about a defect in the item and was told they were delayed in responding to me because of COVID restrictions. I understood. Now they won’t give me a remake or a refund for their product because it’s outside their return window. It’s a disgrace to charge so much and not make the situation right when they can clearly see the defect was in their manufacturing. BEWARE!!

DO NOT buy from them! I am being generous giving Cuddle Clones a single star and am only doing so because the customer service rep offered to give me a 20% refund, not that it puts a dent in the $78.27 I spent there or makes up for the utter disappointment. I was past the "must receive by" deadline to order a plush clone item for Christmas, thank goodness, but I did order 3 other items. First, ball markers for the golfer in my family. Thought it would be cute. Instead, I will be embarrassed to give the markers, even as a funny stocking stuffer. They look like a casino chip with a puppy's picture in the middle. Disappointed, but I let it go. Then the socks came in. I've never seen socks made with such terrible material, not any kind of sock material I have ever seen, and it looks like one size fits all, women or men. Again, disappointed, but maybe a silly gift for a stocking stuffer. Then item 3 arrives. A coffee mug that did not have the picture I sent. They extracted only the picture of the dog. If I wanted a picture of only the dog on the coffee mug I would have sent such a picture or selected one of the other two pictures I sent for the socks and ball marker. Three strikes and you're out. I called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice. He offered to check with their design team to see if they can redo the mug with the picture they had on file. Of course, the answer was they cannot. I asked the rep to please share with the design team my thoughts about their answer that it makes absolutely no sense that they cannot put the full picture on a mug. It actually is more work to extract just the image of the dog and print that on a mug than it would be to print the whole picture. And, that there's a big difference between cannot and will not. Since technology tells us it CAN be done, that means the design team at Cuddle Clones WOULD NOT! I told the rep that I'm sure it can be done at a place like Walgreens for a lot cheaper. After hanging up the phone with the rep, that is exactly what I did; I designed and ordered a mug online at Walgreens for $16.99 with a whole lot more design added to the mug. Beware! Don't get ripped off of your money as I did. I threw $62.62 (after the 20% refund) out the window. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I ordered a surprise gift for my wife of our smooth collie on July 28, 2020. I sent double the number of photos requested of our dog to make sure they got it right and I spoke to them on the phone because at that time they were answering their phone. You can no longer speak to them on the phone but only by email or chat. The total cost was $263.10 including $20 for expedited shipping. The clone arrived on August 28, 2020. It did not look like our collie. The snoot was too short and too thick, the colors were not right, and the tail was wrong. I sent it back and told them I needed it as soon as possible since it was a gift for the beginning of September. They told me that I would not get expedited service even though I originally paid $20 for it and it would take 3-4 weeks to get the redone clone back. After not receiving anything or any notifications 2 months later I contacted them by email on Oct. 22, 2020. I received a response by email on October 22, 2020 saying “sorry for the inconvenience” that they checked with their “production team” and “that it’s not close to being finished yet.” The email concluded by saying “I know that the wait has been too long already, and we don’t want to keep you waiting. We’d be glad to offer a refund for this. Please let me know your final decision.” After wasting 3 months with them holding my money I requested an immediate refund. After 5 days of not receiving the refund I called American Express to have the charge on my card canceled and a credit issued which they did. This has been an extremely bad and disappointing experience for me. If anyone is thinking about ordering a clone for Christmas or a special occasion, “let the buyer beware,” think again and pass on this company.
