I would NOT recommend anyone to join this it is a SCAM. I paid £6.62 for 1 week then they have taken £106.74 from my PayPal. I also never signed up for anything. Now fighting for a refund 😡

I did the 'trial' period and didnt realise that I would have to cancel. I had not agreed to any subscription other than the trial. Or so I thought. Today I got notified that they had tried to take £104.22 from my account. I bank with Chase and luckily they notify when a payment is pending so I was able to cancel. I sent a message and they have refunded me the full amount. It’s a scam. It’s hard to access and they refuse to refund the money and on top of that directly withdraw money from your account without notifying! Don’t subscribe!

As per Dancebit's email below, they are not avalaible in the U/S., yet they took my money. Complete SCAM!!!!! :-( "The item you’ve requested is not currently available in the U.S. store." TOTAL FRAUD. I never downloaded this app and they keep charging me. They will not cancel via email and send a fraudulent link and tell you to login - you can't login / reset anything because you don't have an account. FRAUD - STAY AWAY!!!

I am having my vertebrae removed at my C-6 on Friday and have only had the app 2 weeks and I got the 3 mo plan and don’t know how soon I’ll be able to use it after surgery. I sent them a message on Wednesday explaining the situation asking if I could pause/hold my plan and they replied to me Thursday (their auto reply said to allow 48 hours) and told me that they were going to extend my membership by 12 mos thru July 2026. I was beyond surprised and let them know how happy I was and they just asked me to leave a good review. There are some good ads that aren’t scams on Facebook & Instagram!

Scam app , signed up for £6 and less than a week later they charged me £100 with no information , it can’t possibly be £100 a month for an app like this AVOID

I purchased a reduced price month subscription to try this dance exercise app. The app was not as good as I hoped, some of the teachers were good and made the dance fun, others were repetitive and frankly boring. I assumed, incorrectly, that my subscription would lapse at the end of the trial period. It did not. I did not notice that an auto-renew applied on the app. I have learnt a very expensive lesson as the normal monthly charge for the app is apparently just under £100. I contacted dancebit to request a refund for the payment made in error, I did not use the app after the trial period, but all I received was an automated response saying their terms of use say no refunds and giving a link to their terms. A very expensive lesson learnt and I would not recommend this app. Even if you like the app, the standard amount charged is ridiculous. Buyer beware indeed. Further to my experience above, I received an email from Alex at Dancebit. He stressed that terms were shown before commitment to payment and terms of business disclosed. He then went on to say that the last month's payment would be refunded in full. I have received the payment back to my credit card so thank you Alex. It was still an expensive experience and I will be super diligent in future but Dancebit did meet me halfway concerning unexpected and unintentional costs.
