Hello Shelly, Thank you for taking the time to review our service and company. Shelly, with all due respect, we 100% do not sell counterfeit fragrances. Every fragrance is decanted straight from the bottle when you place your order. Consider this. Why in the world would we go through the trouble of building a business with an excellent reputation only to do somethin stupid to tear it all down? Also, don't you think after three years in business we would have a worse rating than 4.8 and over 700 reviews? A lot of time, money, blood and sweat has been put into this company. I take FAKE accusations very serious because it is just not true. We know 100% what we are buying and what you receive is genuine. Are you aware there are two versions of BR540? An EDP and also and Extrait? You did purchased the Extrait. Did you mean to purchase the EDP instead? They smell very different. Batch variations can also be the cause. Brands do this all the time. Or, we may have made a mistake. It is rare but can happen unintentionally. If you have an issue with your order, the proper procedure is to get in contact with us. We can have the item returned and have a replacement sent out. Hope this helps. Regards, Drew

Hello Ali, Thank you for taking the time to review our services and company. Not every order is going to arrive in perfect condition. Every shipping carrier damages packages in transit. And because of the volume of packages we ship, someone is bound to have this issue such as in your case. When this happens, customers call or email our customer service team to get replacements sent out to them. We can find no record of communication with you for issues. If you receive damaged product, wouldn't you want to speak to customer service before leaving a negative review? Most customers do. The containers and packaging we use are perfectly fine. If they were not, we would not be using them or be in business for very long. Not to mention having a much worse review rating don't you think? Read our other reviews. It is unfortunate you had an issue but is not normal. If you are going to condemn a company, at least reach out to customer support for a solution first. You can still contact us for a solution.
