I've ordered from a number (maybe like 7 different ones) of decanters. I would put Decant House in the top 2. What they get better than most is the bottles they use for the product, they are glass and higher quality. They also have a good website. What could be improved is the processing and shipping time. Anything beyond 5 days is too long.

I believe there is some confusion about processing and shipping time which we would like to address. We have an up to 3 day processing window and in rare cases up to 4. The processing window is because your order is custom prepared to your specification and fresh out of the original bottle. And not sitting around premade. We also process in the order they are received for which we have many orders in a day. Processing times are displayed in several locations to be sure you are aware of the processing time. Every product page, your order confirmation and our shipping and policies page. Your order was placed on the 27th (after hours) and shipped on the 30th (3 days processing). Delivered on the 3rd (3 days transit). There was a weekend spanning your transit time which added an additional day. We hope this clears up the misunderstanding of expecting to have your order delivered in 5 days. Regards, Drew
