Great customer experience

I was very pleased to find a company offering quality leather jackets in tall (not "big and tall") sizes. The customer experience I had was top notch, with a rep reaching out to confirm exact fit. I love the result, as the jacket looks great, appears well made, and fits me like it was custom-made. High points all around. Now, if only Decrum would add a line of actual, safety-rated motorcycle wear to its fashion line-up, that would be even better.

La giacca è molto bella sia per il colore che per il pellame. Loro sono gentili ed efficienti nell'accompagnarti a fare anche la giusta scelta per la taglia per evitare resi. DHL un po' di confusione ma alla fine tutto risolto per il meglio. CONSIGLIO!

Delighted with my leather jacket from Decrum - I was kept informed from their receipt of the order throughout the delivery process, and it arrived when expected and was well protected in shipping. I could tell straightaway that this was a top quality product, soft and supple leather, great natural tan colour with smooth finish and with quality linings, and with useful inner pockets, and what's more the size is spot on, no complaints ! Decrum was very attnetive to my concerns about sizing. They informed me of their great return policy should I be unsatisfied with the fit. It turns out that the leather blazer fit well, was well made and I look forward to wearing it for the years to come. Great experience!
