I have purchased many things, mostly audiophile-related, through Drop over the past few years. Overall great products at good prices. However, it comes at the price of customer support and the ability to return defective or falsely advertised merchandise.

Sometimes it takes great patience, but the day when your gear arrives is always a pleasure!

Excellent service. I've yet to try the tent but its packed really well and everything was there and I like that they printed 'this is not a toy' in big letters on the inner lining of the package.

I don't know about other community, but so far, its been pretty good. I find that the some of the keycaps set and artisan feel quite exclusive, but can't really say for some of the keyboard accessories, such as keycap tray. In terms of response, I usually get a reply within 24 hours, though I did noticed that they have generic response for product delays. But it never felt unfair or anything. Long wait is part the experience when ordering product from Drop, especially for during the design process. Which I gotten used to. Still some room for improvement with regards to updating product.

I bought several item from Drop and 2 items were not good. Payback is the easiest way but I wanted to get normal goods without missing parts or damaged.

The products are as expected, website is easy to navigate, and the company is quick to respond to issues and comments. They are slowly moving away from the user-submitted group buy format though, which brought me here in the first place. The Drop branded items are more pricey than alternatives, but I'm not discounting the quality of those items. The ones I've purchased are quite polished and well designed.
