Good quality brands at good prices. Disappointed that Drop projects have stopped.

I feel the standard has dropped. Less appealing products. Twice I've had orders refunded as no stock to fulfil.

I've ordered multiple items from Massdrop (or Drop as it is called now). These include a pen holder, headphones (two different pairs), a DAC, a DAC/Amp combo, and a keyboard wrist rest. All items came earlier than the estimated shipping date (although these dates are often a bit far into the future) and in great condition. I haven't had any issues with the products, and the site has been nice to use. I also like how the site is always constantly changing and how new items are added everyday.

I like Drop because in the sea of online shopping, it has shown me a lot of products and brands that I've never heard of, filtered to my interests, and supported by a really great community of users. I think I like Massdrop as a name a little better. The collaboration projects have been pretty neat a lot of times. I will say that lately I've been a little disappointed with drops that have really not been much of a deal compared to elsewhere on the web. I've also become confused several times because of conflicting or incorrect information in product descriptions for some drops. But I still visit Drop almost every day and look here for inspiration for those hard to shop for people.

Drop is really great for a few reasons. They offer quality products at a good price point and their communication throughout the entire process is really great. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been very happy with Drop overall. Drop has introduced and made many enthusiast-level products accessible, sometimes at attractive pricepoints, as well as collaborated with makers to create the products the community wants. It may take a long time to wait for the product, but often enough it felt worth it, and if there is a problem, at least for me they gave me the solution I wanted.
