We received your sample on November 9th, and your Nutrition DNA Report was uploaded to your online portal on November 25th, which is right in line with our standard turnaround time of approximately three weeks from the date we receive your sample at the lab. You should have received several email updates regarding the status of your sample and results. Our Ancestry DNA Test — which is no longer part of our current offerings — was designed to provide regional genetic insights based on the available population data at the time. It’s important to note that all ancestry tests, including those from larger companies, are based on statistical models and comparisons to reference populations — meaning results can vary between companies depending on the size and diversity of their genetic databases. In many cases, these companies are estimating ancestry and may represent regions or countries differently. We understand how important these results are to our customers, and we’re continuously working to improve accuracy and clarity in the services we do offer.
