I used the foam earbuds and when I attempted to change them, I had to remove them in pieces with tweezers. It was almost as if they had melted to my Airpods. I contacted the company with pictures, and they refunded my money in full. They indicated that they had never seen that happen before. So, happy with their quick response but unhappy that the foam earbuds did not work for me as my Airpods fall out of my ears regularly.

The fit and comfort of my the IEM's are what made the experience the best part! Very simple instructions to ship of molds once completed and then follow up correspondence was very consistent and quick.

Fit is perfect. I just wish I could hear better in the aqua earplugs. The description says “blocks water, Let’s sound in”, but it should read “blocks water, blocks sound TOO”.

My Samsung earbuds would not stay in place. My boyfriend led me to ear tunes and I have never looked back. Great quality. My sound is amazing now!!
