I was skeptical using a company that operates completely remote. Also it listed it's address as Portland OR. The business address is in Washington . Read a lot of reviews about the one time download software with wrong licenses. After talking with them and getting many questions answered I ordered 2 MS Office Home and Student packages. I have downloaded both and have had no problems with them. The layout for Windows 11 software is very different than for 10, which is what I am used to, but with more use the navigation is becoming more familiar. Over all I am very pleased with my purchase and the people I dealt with at Eksoftware. I would recommend them to anyone. I am a novice with the computer and the conversation was put at my level. I appreciated that very much. Good company. Good people.

I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student. The purchase and digital delivery of the software was easy and install was seamless. EK is a great company to get your necessary programs through.

You advertised Microsoft Word (standalone) software and when I downloaded the product It was Microsoft Office and that is not what I needed even though you may think that was a better deal for me. If you can remedy this I would be grateful. Thank you, Richard
