I purchased Microsoft Office which I believe is now called Microsoft 365 and successfully downloaded it to my computer. It was an easy process.

I tried to download MS Work from your company a couple of weeks ago. I spent 3 hours following your instructions and finally gave up. At that time I canceled my order but according to American Express you have not corrected the billing. The next day I bought MS Office Home & Student from a local store and downloaded and installed the program

I had Office 2010 installed on my windows 10 Dell desktop computer when I installed Office 2021. I was amazed that there were so few glitches as I installed the new Office software. However, after a couple of days I discovered that the old Outlook 2010 was causing the new Outlook 2021 to not to open a second time and my emails were being lost. I finally remembered that I have had the Microsoft Task Manager set to open Outlook 2010 every morning. Opening both Outlook programs was causing the problem. Discontinuing the task and now I’m 😃 Perhaps some mention that it is not recommended to open older versions of Office after installation of Office 2021. I plan to try and remove the old Office 2010 after I’m certain that i won’t need it to run old files.

Apple prompted me to upgrade my Operating System to Monterey version 12.1. They didn't mention that it would render my Microsoft Office suite obsolete. So I found Eksoftware online and opted to license Office from them. I've always hated being the dumbest kid in the class (I'm 74) but, for the life of me, I couldn't get past the last few steps in the instructions and get the applications to even show up on my MacBook Pro. In a series of back and forth e-mails Carl helped me find the missing link (my fault) and get the new Microsoft Office up and working on my computer. I find very few experiences as frustrating as having a recalcitrant computer. Carl saved my sanity and I am eternally grateful for his patience and expertise. Well, maybe not eternally but really, really grateful. Thanks again, Carl!
