Good deal on product

Purchased a mobile hotspot on 10/14/24 for $99.99, but found out it wasn't compatible with my carrier. Requested a return with ElectronicsForce. I had to pay the shipping to return the product, and they refunded me a little more than 50% of the purchase price. What a ripoff!!! I will never do business with this company again. Stick to Amazon!

I ordered a phone from them and my credit card was charged. I thought everything was going fine when I got a notification that the phone was being shipped the next day. However, when I checked the tracking information, the order had been cancelled with no notification or explanation. The only good thing is that they refunded my credit card right away.

Finally, someone was able to get the issue resolved and issue a full refund. Glad that the customer service stepped up and resolved my issues. will consider to give them another chance

Super fast shipping very friendly people I purchased cell phone from them last Tuesday phone arrive today had little issue to get it up and running for a customer I spoke witn Steve and he helped me to get the phone up and running

Phone has came in as advertised and shipping was on par with the method I selected. Good thing they are around, it's hard to find good prices on certain phones out there. Would definitely buy again.

Based on my own experience with them I can say that I am glad that these guys are legit hardworking people! Got my phone it wasn't exactly the one I wanted tho I'm the mistake here because I purchased the incorrect phone. I have put in a request for a exchange for the same type of phone just different model and they were quick about it all together, both responding to my request and shipping the exchange one to me. Would gladly by again because now I'm extremely happy.

My 2nd purchase from them and I'm glad that electronics force has been a trusted source for me to buy phones now. Good prices, exceptional shipping rates, and products come as advertised. Would continue to buy again!
