They dropped the ball when I first summited my policy at first , did not notified me when it expired last year in July.

This company is an absolute scam that my grandmother unfortunately fell for. They sold her a "service contract" on a vehicle that had 7k miles on it, and platinum coverage Toyota Care already. I called to speak with her "protection specialist", Scott Jenkins, who hung up the phone on me because he didn't like being called out for his actions; taking advantage of the elderly. This company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and will sell you a contract that is not needed. You can guarantee I will be filing a report with the FTC, State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Scott Jenkins, you're a piece of trash human. Chris Weinreis (CEO), DO BETTER!

I am a person with learning and cognitive disabilities. Alexi created a space for me to describe, how difficult it was for me to explain how to use the right language in a refund letter, because I had the wrong make and model name of the car on the contract and there was to many miles on vehicle speedometer to be under warranty. She's a very good coach, and excellent listener

Lindsey was so helpful she was very kind. She listened out to me. She communicated with me very well. She have very good customer skills I give her 10 stars all across the board lol she needs a good raise thank you again Lindsey because of you. I did not give up because I was mentally breaking down , but you help me overcome all those challenges
