It does not include downloading, ZIP, or software files — this is explained clearly on the trial signup page. In your case, instead of just viewing manuals, you chose to manually upgrade to a monthly plan in order to download the LIEBHERR A311 Litronic Hydraulic Excavator Operation & Maintenance Manual. That action immediately ended your trial and activated a paid membership, which you confirmed on your side. Later, you decided to cancel your plan under the reason “Service Unsatisfactory.” At cancellation, the system shows a pop-up reminder that cancelling will immediately revoke access, which you also confirmed. The screenshot you later shared was simply the reactivation option — not evidence of any “scam.” We’ve been transparent with both our trial and membership terms.
