4.4 really. Dont like the “use it or lose it” on the credits. You pay monthly and if you have a slow month then the per item fee can be huge! Had a few unanswered chat or messages apparently too so customer service is a bit hit or miss. However, the actual service itself is excellent. And reasonably priced if you use your full month package or more. The financial guarantee, granted we never tested it, is comforting. In our limited time to use it I feel Entrupy is the gold standard for authentication.

Jacqueline, My Customer Service Rep was outstanding! Through a chain of emails she got us back up & running. Great communication & a fantastic solution provider. My only issue during this experience is with the shipping Dept. I am still waiting for a return label to return my device.

A billing issue was rectified after multiple emails

I am very pleased with the service but find the new picture method a bit awkward. It may be my phone but it’s very hard to get an auto photo. I consistently get the “blurry” notification.
