But customer service is great u can't get your letter mailed to you u have to get it through email and I 'm not good with that

At this time, all letters are delivered digitally through email and your client portal, which allows for faster delivery and easy access whenever you need it. While we don’t currently offer mailed copies, it’s something we’re actively working on improving for the future based on feedback like yours. Friendly staff, cumbersome process
The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the staff member that was initially assigned to me never contacted me. After raising this to ESA Pet, they assigned another staff member, who also didnt contact me in a timely manner. It was only after pressing ESA that they had until the following day to solve the situation or refund the fee did the clinician finally contact me.

Don't expect to hear back from them if you have follow up questions or concerns
I appreciate after the call, I received my letter quickly. But the psych said I could follow up if I needed with any issues. I emailed the company AND called and left a message because my leasing company wanted the letter to be resubmitted with more information. I never got a reply to my email or my call. I'm waiting for my new housing company to give me consequences for not getting them the information they asked for. I wouldn't use this company again.

Do research first before paying.
Concise and explained laws and expectations for the ESA holder and responsibilities. The travel request was denied due to "no training". This was unclear, and I essentially paid for nothing. My ESA animal is trained but it was not clarified what level/type of training there was. Perhaps having a how to prepare for your registration and call would be helpful. I do not feel confident the documentation will be successful based on the conversation.
