My therapist listened, and was genuine in helping me continue to have my dogs ESA certified.

I would normally give this company 5 stars, Im going on my second year getting my ESA documentation through this company. This time around it took over a week after I paid almost $200 for my renewal before i was able to get my letter. Their policy is 24-48 hours for the turnaround time to receive your letter. Thankfully I didn’t need it right away, but it was frustrating having to go back and forth over email to get someone to contact me to renew my letter.

Quick and efficient! I used them back in January, and it took about a week for my letter. I notice a lot of people complaining about this, but that is an extremely acceptable timeframe, considering one from my in person mental health provider for another animal took a little over a month to receive. I will continue to utilize them annually. Another thing I noticed is the complaints of the cost; this is practically nothing compared to a pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Chill, you guys.
