Formidable Forms is amazing. It is easier to use than other form builders to build custom apps such a searchable member directories, simple carts, and quizzes. I have several that have been in production since 2013 with no issues. They have amazing support including an AI bot which can assist you with writing custom code snippets that work.

Very bad support. Tickets bugging and no solution to join assistance. Very bad experience with renewal.

We were looking to do something out of the normal scope and technical support provided us a solution shortly after we submitted a support ticket. Everything works beautifully.

Billed for a renew even if I stopped it in their intranet. I stopped the subscription but they reactivate it without my consent. The day I get billed I write support but get a PARTIAL refund. I think this company have a bad product and need to steal money from their old clients. Note : we leave wordpress for vibe coding since one year now and no regrets. Security issues caused byb this plug-in is the maim reason. I recommend never trust this plug-in
Response from Formidable Forms· Jan 22, 2026
We apologize for the frustration this situation caused. As part of our standard renewal process, a reminder is sent about a month before the renewal date to give customers plenty of time to review their subscription and make any changes ahead of the charge. When the renewal processed, a partial refund was issued after you contacted our support team, in accordance with our renewal policy. If there had been any follow-up questions or concerns, our team would have been happy to continue the conversation and review the situation further. We’d also like to address the security concern mentioned. Security is a priority for us, and the plugin is actively maintained and regularly updated to align with WordPress security best practices. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and wish you all the best going forward.

I finally reread that WP Formidable Form is a complete and scalable solution for our complex form projects. It was the first time I'd bought a WordPress plugin with such strong technical support. It's truly fantastic.
