Floral light up letters took nearly 6 weeks to arrive . Postage from Slough but update messages from China . Firstly I was overcharged by £4 but after contacting them they did return the next day . The website says these are 6 inches but actually 4 1/2 inches and only 4 flowers in each letter . Poorly made with sharp edges and my letter H doesn’t light properly (flickers ) . Sent 2 emails to return these faulty goods but no reply as yet . So I’ll be speaking to my credit card company Avoid this is a scam

Terrible don't bother I sent for gifts over 6 weeks ago from this company they aren't big parcels I have complained to them many times about it and they just keep telling me to wait and won't refund me because they say they have dispatched my order ..I don't believe anything they tell me nothing takes this long the last logistics update that I don't believe us true anyway said one parcel was in Belfast the other in Edinburgh.. Edinburgh is 5 hours away from me that was 2 weeks ago so why haven't I received it it's disgusting that a company like this can lie and rip people off and get away with it if you have been a victim of this company not sending the goods and not refunding people please call the cyber crime team as I have the more people that do it the better don't allow this company to keep ripping people off no matter how small the amount these people are getting rich by committing fraud

Have waited over 6 weeks and still not here, they refuse to refund, AVOID AVOID, AVOID.

Almost one month and still not received my order. Big scam ,they don t answer to the phone only by email keep telling that the order is on the way.

Have been waiting over 4 weeks for items. Tracking is rubbish, it never changes. Contacted support several times who just say to wait. My patience has run out…scam

Same as many others - ordered 3 initial lights 6/9/24 and still not arrived Got tracking emails but been stuck in Manchester for nearly two weeks now Definitely a scam so I will go through my bank to get a refund
