Ordered an ornamental letter for a birthday .took my money and never heard from again.no shipping details ,no receipt and no purchase total scam do not order

Goods ordered on 7th September and still no sign of the order. Feel like I have been scammed.

Reading reviews. Is a start after I made a purchase. The total bill was £22.38 had a discount of £5.60. Bill should have been £22.38 They took £27.98. I paid with a credit card so should get my money back. I will never buy when I see a add on Facebook.

Same complain as many others, money taken on 2 September 2024 and no delivery to date (9 October), nearly six weeks later. I received sporadic emails about shipment update but even those stopped about 3 weeks ago. I asked for a refund as the occasion for which I ordered the product had long past, and they just replied saying it is not their policy. I presume delivering on time is not their policy neither! DO NOT ORDER from this supplier.

Same thing happened with me I ordered light up letters I am usually very cautious with adverts but really liked them all I get are auto reply emails no tracking or carrier information its a scam I wish I had looked them up before I ordered AVOID THIS FIRM

Do not order from here, total scam! I ordered three light up letters beginning of September. Have had fairly regular emails with so called updates. When you email asking for updates on delivery they are very quick to reply, wait a little longer! I’ve emailed today to ask for a refund and surprise surprise no reply! I’ve opened a fraud claim with the bank to get my money back.

I ordered a product and a month later, I have not received it although they have taken my money. They are blaming Royal Mail but Royal Mail say I have to chase my refund from friendsenjoy. You can't get to speak to a person and I'm getting nowhere. I feel like I've been scammed.
