We highly recommend our Retro Mini Fridge (Model EFR840-C-RED ). We’ve had it for over 5 years. In the good weather we keep it on the porch for drinks and such… less going in and out. But …. The REAL champion of this product is our English Bull Terrier !! He sits upon this fridge, as if it is his Throne !!!

So just bought a new garage freezer. So this is not about how good the product is. This is about a small thing that is normally a pain to complete. Registering your product. So normally yo install then find the manual or flyer and to register you need to then find details that are normally on the back or bottom of the thing you just had installed. This company provided a individual QR code in the manual packet that when scanned had your serial number and model already in the the code, took to the app no create an account just name address purchase date and bang registered. So simple well done. Now just need to see if this freezer lasts as long as the last one that was 12 years and 3 moves. The clock starts ticking.

Called Electrolux/Frigidaire Group 4/3/26 regarding a problem with my gas range I’ve only had 3 1/2 mos. The SERVICE REPS NAME is “MARK.” He was very courteous and very helpful. Explained things very well and had much patience with my many questions. He was very knowledgeable on the Frigidaire gas range I was calling about. MARK is the BEST REP I have had in many calls about home products & appliances. He deserves to be commended for the knowledge he has and the way he performs his job. Thank you very much MARK. Recently I had to replace an 11 year old over the range microwave. It was a Frigidaire and because the unit had given good service I elected to replace it with a new Frigidaire. The price on the new model, which was a Gallery was fair and the engineers that designed the new unit did not neglect to put the same mounting hardware and specifications from the 11 year old design into the new product. Replacement and installation was a breeze. Great product and simple to install! Thanks Frigidaire!

I see all these negative reviews on here but my experience with Frigidaire is totally different. I have had my glass top range and fridge in place for 19 years and they are still working perfectly. Other than replacing one of the plastic front trays in the fridge door that is the only expenditure I have had to make.

My son brought me a “brand new” stove for my birthday in September. However, model FCRE3052AS and serial number vf53672298 is a defective appliance. I turned the oven on and it filled my apartment with so much gas, I almost fainted. When the technician came out he said it needed a new gas reflector because the one that is there is putting out too much gas. It has been three months and I still don’t have a working oven and they will technicians have cancelled at least five appointments. At this point I want them to give me a refund and come collect their defective product. This might be a small claim court case.

I have a frigidaire stove, refrigerator and upright freezer. Stove is over 15 years old, refrigerator is 20 years old. Upright freezer 8 years old. They have all been great. Stove baking element shorted out and had to buy new element and circuit board from frigidaire website. Installed and working good as new again.

Once I got to Dan things went smoothly. Wish I could have gotten to him without your digital assistant and voice-mail. Needed to put in zip multiple times, and refrigerator model number and confirm name and address. Either have the systems talk to each other or don't ask for the info. Very frustrating. 20 inutes before I could text to someone who could help.
